I’ve added a small piece on the 1999 Cannes Film Festival to the site (seeing as the latest one is now in progress). It mentions Richard’s “upcoming role” in The Little Vampire and you can read it here.

Most of you are probably familiar with Richard’s musings on food and wine in Posh Nosh, and again in one of the “Temple Exclusive Reports” that we had last year, but some of you may not be aware that those weren’t the first times that REG has mused publically about food.

Back in May 2001 Richards food related annecdotes formed the basis of an article written by chef Jeremy Lee on the Guardian Unlimited website. Delicasies such as crab pasta, barbecued prawns and lychee sorbet are fondly remembered by Richard, with the recipes for each supplied by Mr Lee. To get your taste buds working overtime, click here.
