Those who have read With Nails (reference: page 8 of the US edition) may recall Richard mentioning that there was a Radio Times blurb on Honest, Decent and True (the UK TV show which got him the audition for Withnail) in which his name appears.

Ever wondered what the snippet looked like? Jolie managed to track down the magazine, so here’s a scan of the blurb. No pic of Richard but you can at least see his name in print.

Here’s another article from Jolie’s collection of wonderful REG articles. This one is from a 1998 issue of the Australian HQ magazine. It’s an interesting read and a little more comprehensive than most other articles written about Richard.

In other news, Richard will be on Radio 4 next week in a play titled “Dancing With The Dead” – 2.15 on Thursday 14th February.
