Doctor Who’s 40th anniversary in November will see Richard E Grant voice the Time Lord in an animated version of the cult sci-fi series to be shown on BBC’s internet site BBCi. The actor previously played the Doctor in a 1999 Comic Relief spoof. The anniversary will also be celebrated on UK Gold. Doctor Who @ 40 will feature behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with cast members and celebrity fans. Viewers can vote for the Doctor Who episodes they would like to be shown by logging on to www.ukgold.tv.
