The March 1999 edition of EMPIRE magazine has a little report about an upcoming REG movie, The Serpent’s Kiss.

“The Serpent’s Kiss, a period drama made nearly three years ago, still has no distributor, despite being generally well received at Cannes in 1997. Although Buena Vista were, at one time, rumoured to be releasing it, at the moment it’s sitting at sales company J&M waiting to be picked up (distributor screenings have, thus far, proven unsuccessful). J&M is, however, optimistic that someone will acquire it to be released before the end of 1999.”

The movie stars, amongst others: Ewan MacGregor and Carmen Chaplin (Charlie Chaplin’s grandaughter), as well as REG! (Big thanks to John for this, yet again!!).
