The BAFTA Announcements And “Film 2002”
Emma has sent in a possible REG sighting alert for UK REGimentals. The Radio Times has on tonight:
11.35 – Film 2002 with Jonathan Ross.
Movie news, featuring the Farrelly brothers new comedy Shallow Hal, award-winning police drama “Training Day”, and Robert Altman’s period murder mystery “Gosford Park”.
So all you UK types who are interested can tune in and take a look tonight.
Meanwhile the nominations for the BAFTAs were announced today. As you know Richard was supposed to present the nominations but there is some dispute amongst the REGiment as to whether Richard actually made it to the event as there was a train strike in progress. We’ll check our sources and see if we can find any more news on the subject. Stay tuned!

The Awards will be held at The Odeon, Leicester Square on Sunday 24th February and will be produced by the UK’s leading live event TV producer, Initial (part of Endemol UK) for the third year running. It will be broadcast on BBC ONE on the same evening as part of the three year deal with the broadcaster.
