Georgina emailed me to inform people that there is a Yahoo club called Fantasy Island which is an ongoing story site, filled with lots of scrummy men – Anton Meyer (Holby City), Patrick Stewart in various forms (Jean-Luc Picard, Professor Xavier from X-Men) Alan Rickman, Michael York, Sir Percy Blakeney etc. The Blakeney storyline is one that she’s been developing at the moment with a couple of other writers. Imput is welcomed for those interested and the URL is http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/fantasyislanduk/.
Alice from the States also informs me that she bought a book of doll house miniatures for her mother and quickly came across a picture of REG in it. A bit different, huh?? Anyway it’s called “The Doll House Book” and it’s by Stephanie Finnegan. It’s actually shaped like a doll house and is copyrighted 1999 so you should be able to find it at a bookstore or miniature collectable shops.

Richard has contributed a T-shirt to “Alone in London’s” charity auction. The T-shirt is apparently a very nice self-portrait and currently there are no bids for the shirt at present. The auction ends Monday, April 2. The URL to check this out is http://www.als.org.uk/t-shirt/richard_e_grant.htm.

Nikki writes:
“I see that the above that Richard went to in London a while back and I think Annie mentioned was for charity – which I didn’t realise at the time. Anyway I found this and I hope I’m not lightyears behind people here!!”
Stars turn out for movie memorabilia sale

Emma has sent me the URL to a web page in which Richard talks of his childhood in Africa. The URL is http://uk.tv.yahoo.com/010316/128/bcr6o.html for anyone who wants to find out more.
I also got an email from Kerry who writes:
“Dominique.
Just to say that i found the website very interesting. Sadly I didn’t know of the fund raising events regarding topics surrounding the film. Of course I am a great “fan” of the film.
I am in a band who have recorded a tune called “Camberwell” which is our tribute to the film. I would be really pleased if you could maybe find some time to check out our song on http://www.mp3.com/moostash or visit our home page at http://www.moostash.fsnet.co.uk
It would be our pleasure to send you a few “FREE” copies on CD …if you like the tune/s!?..maybe you could pass a few around? We would be more than happy to donate a percentage of sales, further to more discussion’s.
Sincerely,
Kerry”
Thanks very much for passing that information on, guys!
